1. Your Personal Information
Personal information held by Digerati Solutions may include your name, current address, telephone/mobile phone number and email address. We do not hold details of any credit/debit-card(s) unless otherwise notified.
2. Manner and Purpose of Collection of Personal Information
Digerati Solutions will only collect personal information where it is relevant to one or more of its functions or activities. Collection of information will be lawful, open and fair. Digerati Solutions will, where possible, collect the information directly from the individual concerned. Information so collected will not be disclosed to any other individual or organisation.
3. Solicitation of Personal Information from individual concerned
Digerati Solutions will use personal information only for the primary purpose for which it was collected unless otherwise advised.
4. Solicitation of Personal Information Generally
Digerati Solutions will take all reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information it holds on record is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Digerati Solutions will take all reasonable steps to make sure that the personal affairs of an individual are not intruded upon.
5. Storage and Security of Personal Information
Digerati Solutions will take all reasonable steps to make sure the personal information it holds is secure, and destroy or de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed.
6. Bulk Email Withdrawal
Any one-to-many e-mails sent to you will include the option for you to 'opt-out' of any further e-mail communication.

Refund Policy
Digerati Solutions Pty Limited, ACN 120 498 562 (Digerati Solutions) is committed to delivering the agreed products and services offered in any written contract. A contract is taken as accepted either when it has been received - signed, or the required deposit has been made.
In the unlikely event that a client wishes to withdraw from a contract, the portion of the deposit to be refunded will be determined by the amount of work completed to that point. Digerati Solutions will deduct from the deposit an hourly rate ($120+gst) for any products and services already provided (regardless of clients desire for usage). Variation on the hours to be charged may be given only at the discretion of Digerati Solutions. The net refund will be paid within 45 days of the formal notification. To begin proceedings on a deposit reclaim, Digerati Solutions requires a signed written statement including the request and reason for refund.
Once a refund has been made, the client agrees to return or destroy any proofs, images, printouts or detailed project information and can not use this as the basis of work with another business. If items are requested to be returned, postage will be covered by Digerati Solutions unless it is deemed that the client is liable for the costs.
